Too Cute picnic

So our boy is still getting bigger, but he has a phobia about it, so we haven't weighed him any more this week. He also is smiling more and seems generally happier.
Mom took this first picture, and I can only assume that she was making a crazy face to get him to do the same. It obviously worked. He then decided he would smile for his photoshoot and he approved this picture as being blogworthy.
But then as happens to all of those that are in the limelight, he said, "Thats enough, no more pictures!"
So the camera was put away. This gives me time to plug Mountain View Stove Shop. I have yet to be there but I've heard good things and their web site only shows a little of what is going on there. I realize that most of you Maine blog on-lookers have probably been there, but if you haven't, then what are you waiting for? Its getting cold quickly and the warmth solution is only a short drive away in Turner. Tell them the blog sent you.
This shows Jacksons reaction to Mountain View Stove Shop. We should really bring him there more often, especially starting August 28 between 9-4 on Saturdays and 10-4 on Sundays. Also on Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday evenings 6-8.
He has spent a lot of time at North Carolina Furniture for Less and he thinks the world of the store and the extremely helpful and beautiful management/employees there. He and his brothers Fenway and Brewser are happy to greet most visitors to the furniture store between the hours of noon and 6PM Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and between 1 and 6 PM Sunday. He wants to remind all of the furniture shoppers out there that the store is open between 10 and 6 M, Th, Fr, Sat and 1 to 6 Sun, but due to child labor laws he is unable to work for the first 2 hours of the operating time.
Your really open all those hours asks Jackson? Why yes and thank you for asking. And the Stove Shop will also make special appointments so you have no excuse for shivering this winter.
We had a picnic lunch of egg salad and chicken salad today on our back dock and it was great. Relaxing and yummy and all 6 of us were together. Brewser was a little adventurous and kept threatening to get into the lake, but even he managed to behave for our picnic.
Fenway and Jackson were a little confused about why we were out on the dock. Its been there ever since we moved in and we have never used it. They both agreed that it was too nice out there to have been neglected this long.
Jackson also thought the view was out standing. And Fenway just liked relaxing and showing off the wrinkles.
And finally Jackson had had enough and decided he was leaving. When asked where he was riding Brewser to, he told us Mountain View Stove Shop. Call us when he gets there mom and dad but send him back quickly, his shift at North Carolina Furniture for Less starts Thursday at noon.
We love you all and plan on seeing the Maine contingent within the next month and a half.
And if any of you have gotten to the bottom of this blog without clicking on the links above, shame on you. But we will give you a few minutes now to redeem yourselves.
We're waiting...
There, thats better.

I hope Jackson is getting paid for his advertisements. Just so you know I have been to both websites and checked them out. Very nice. I have seen the stoves in person and they are awesome! They would look great in any home. Love the blog. Keep it up. Can't wait to see you all.

    Love,
    Aunt Liz
