So we had a day off together and my charts were totally done. The only things on the docket today were for Laura to go to Bible Study and we had someone coming to look at the kitchen. That left me with time to play with this morning and I relaxed watching Poker after Dark after returning from racquetball. I then played a little bit of guitar hero(Eddie Van Halen probably does not need to worry about losing his job to me). Finally Laura and Jackson were back and we jumped into the car and headed to Hampton for animals!
He had a great time although mom and dad were CHILLY! He said hello to the dear and tried to feed all of the animals. He saw me feed an ox in Colonial Williamsburg and he has decided it was a good idea to do this for all animals now.
The chickens and roosters which have never held much interest to Laura or I, fascinated Jackson because they were so noisy.
And then he came around the corner and the peacock came up to say hello!
He pet the goats and they were very interested in him.
He fed the horses. And then it was time to go...
But not before this death defying slide. I couldn't let him go without me on this one.
We were right next to the Bass Pro Shop so we had to stop and look at some stuffed animals in comfort and warmth. He really liked this bear.
Then it was off to CiCi's pizza. Wow. That was the worst CiCis experience ever. Jackson did great and that was what was important, but those were some elderly pizza pies. Well for now, auvoire.

WE MISS CI-CI's! Sorry to hear it isn't living up to the memory! Miss you guys too- Jackson is getting so big! And as photogenic and adorable as ever. I don't know when, but we will get the boys together to play someday....maybe we can coordinate a New England trip...
